"...not until I started working with V.J. did I truly understand what Hogan-like mechanics are"

Got your book on Nov. 2. I have hit balls hard all week. My best friend who is
an old golf pro and does not take to well to new instruction... said it was the
best he has ever seen me hit golf balls. Your book has cleared up a lot of issues for my ball striking. I really enjoyed reading it and your information was easy

"Hogan was often asked about his secret. He would say it is in /Five Lessons/ (and in his swing) "if I tell you where to look". Well, in /The Final Missing Piece/, the authors tell us where to "look."

"Congratulations on an absolutely fantastic book. I have been a Hogan
fan for over 50 years...and I now know what Mr. Hogan meant by feeling
like the left hip was attached to a wall by that large elastic band."
"All I can say is...WOW! This book is the real deal...I grew up next
to Winged Foot and Claude Harmon always used to talk about the distance
Hogan's hips moved forward during the swing and how this was part and
parcel of that explosiveness with which we are all amazed. But until
now, no one has dissected and explained the move anywhere close to what
is in this book, and with such remarkable simplicity."
"I stayed up all night reading this book, then looked again at my
home movies of Ben Hogan at Oakmont in 1953. He was making his secret
move even more in 1953 than he was at Augusta in 1967"

I got down to a 3.2 handicap using the "Five Fundamentals" and actually stumbled onto this missing piece but did not realize it. I was told by an instructor that I had a reserve pivot and my back swing was to long. He started me trying to get my weight to my right side (foot)and shorting my back swing. Result: I have been hitting off the toe ever since. When I ran across the missing piece, I had the FEELING of moving forward while swing back and could swing as hard as I wanted to and the ball went straight and long. Nice to know that there are drills I can now use.
Thanks for the book.

5.9 handicap – will be lower again soon!!!!
"V.J., what are you doing up there? I have seen six players
and they all have a new and different motion in their swings, and
they are all hitting the ball a lot better. I guess I will have to
come by and see what you are teaching."
